The Rosemount Hotel Terms and Condition

1. Reservations

Your room is reserved up to 6pm on the arrival date unless you have specifically informed us of a late check in. Your reservation will be confirmed at time of booking. In the case of internet bookings, a confirmation email will be sent within 24hours, your booking is NOT confirmed until you are in receipt of this email.
You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation. Payment can be made by debit / credit card, cheque or Cash.
The Rosemount Hotel must receive all cheques at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. The Rosemount Hotel regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured it may not be able to keep the room available.

2. Payment

At Rosemount Hotel you pay for your room on check out if paying by credit or debit card, but you must supply your card details at check in. If you are paying for your room by cash then this must be paid at check in unless you can supply us with a valid credit or debit card to use against your reservation. We will not charge your card if you wish to pay by cash, but hold it as security against your booking.
Rosemount Hotel accepts payment by cash, cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card), credit card or debit card.

Customers paying with cash are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport, credit card or debit card, utility bill, bank statement (with address) or police warrant card.

3. Room prices

Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Meals and extras are not included in the room price.
All meals and bar spend must be paid for separately.
The Rosemount Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay at The Rosemount Hotel.
Although The Rosemount Hotel aims to inform you before it makes price increases, it reserves the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date or you may cancel the reservation without charge.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel a guaranteed room after 1pm on the arrival date, you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked.
A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.
If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 12pm on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one night’s accommodation per room booked.

5. Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date.
Please let our reservation or reception staff know if you are likely to arrive after 6pm.
Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.

6. Group bookings

If you wish to make reservations for 5 rooms or more, please contact our reservations departmen

7. Particular requirements

Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 or under or a maximum of 2 adults.
The Rosemount Hotel can provide cots at no extra charge.
Our hotel operates a no-smoking.
The Rosemount Hotel has rooms which are specially adapted for customers with disabilities. If no disabled room is available at the time of booking we will contact neighbouring hotels to help find suitable accommodation.
Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on a lower floor near reception for easier access.
Although The Rosemount Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

9. Restaurant/Coffee Shop/Bar

Meals and beverages are available at the restaurant situated on the ground floor of The Rosemount Hotel.

10. Internet

The Rosemount Hotel offers free WiFi internet access to all guests. Abuse of the hotels network is not permitted and logs of all network activity are kept on our servers.

11. Please note

We regret that, with the exception of assistant dogs, no pets are allowed in The Rosemount Hotel.
Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.
Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.
